Good for the Jersey Shore, but that's about it.
We've been going here for 20 years now and will continue to go as long as we can. Vic's has, by far, the best pizza I've ever had. It may not be the fanciest or most edgy out there, but it is incredible. It is reason enough to go here. Then there is home made ravioli that is so thin it is translucent. Delicious clam sauce, chicken Parmesan, calamari in tomato sauce that had been a staple of mine for years.
I'll always remember John Giunco, the founder's son, sitting by the bar. It's been 70 years since they opened and I can't wait to be around for the 100th.
The pizza crust is just OK and the cheese is definitely not homemade.
They've been in business for 70 years. They'll be in business for another 70 years. A great friendly well run Italian restaurant. Food is delicious, simple. Great menu. A true treasure of The Jersey Shore.
Avoid peak hours if you don't like lines.
The soda didn't taste very good...tasted flat. And the glasses may not have been cleaned fully. The pizza is a little too thin but it is still very good pizza.
Fairly priced and great for families because each kid can order their own 10" pizza for $8 + $0.80 toppings. Kids loved it.
Food was good and service was nice the menus and other table could have been wiped down a bit
